Founded in 2023 by a group of hockey enthusiasts in Bismarck ND, The Beauts Hockey League was born out of a passion for the game and a desire to provide an experience for youth players unlike anything else. From the inception of the 4v4 League came the Jr. Flowmingo AAA traveling teams, BHL Summer Camp, weekly Beaut Sessions, Mini Camps, Weekend Prep Sessions, some incredible Flow Nation apparel, and a whole lot of fun. With the support of our friends, families, coaches, community, and players the BHL has grown from a locker room dream to a Hockey Family.

The Jr. Flowmingo's are spring travel teams managed by the BHL. Teams are based off birth year and typically play in 4 tournaments throughout the Midwest, with twice weekly practices, through the months of March - July. Each of our teams are coached by certified USA Hockey coaches.

Where it all started! The Beauts Hockey League is a 7-week season consisting of 4 teams per age group. Each week players participate in (2) 25-min half ice games. Weekly stats are tracked with standings posted prior to each week’s games which all culminate on championship night where teams battle for the Flow Cup.

Elite Performance Camp
Our Summer Camp is offered once a year and runs full days from 8am-5pm, Mon-Thur. Each camp player will spend their entire day at the rink receiving over 9 hours of ice time, 9 hours of dryland training working on individual skill development and game concept dynamics.

These sessions, typically set by birth year, focus on players individual skills development with an emphasis on building positive muscle memory. At the end of each session players will utilize their newly developed skill by applying it to game concept drills.

Who we are means more than how good we are...That’s why each of our players takes part in Operation Hockey (Helping Our Community through Kindness with Example setting Youth) This program originated in 2023 and has proven to be a huge success.
